Fitness and Wellness Classes

G Studioz provides an array of dynamic fitness classes, including Zumba®️, Abs, Back and Glutes Mat Work and Zumba®️ Toning. We also offer Meditation and Sound Bath sessions, along with engaging wellness workshops and retreats. Whether you're looking to celebrate a birthday, organize a corporate event, or plan community programs and school activities, we’re here to help. We also host staff and baby showers.
