To enhance experience, you will take home a crystal as a gift and supporting tool for this occasion. Together we will journey into a calming light visualization inspired by the Autumn radiance, allowing healing energy to gently cleanse, recharge, and restore the body, mind, and spirit.

Leave feeling lighter, grounded, comforted, and renewed in a peaceful golden glow. Bring a small pillow for comfort and a yoga mat. We also have some mats available.
