We also offer Meditation and Sound Bath sessions, along with engaging wellness workshops and retreats. The Healing Rhythm Method Package
The Healing Rhythm Method Packages are a great option for corporate events and retreats looking to create a complete wellness and mindfulness experience. Rooted in the signature approach of Giselle Holistic Living, these packages are designed to help participants to bring energizing joy in fitness or slow down, reconnect, and restore balance. Customize your event by choosing 2 , 3 or 4 of our services to create a meaningful experience that supports relaxation, connection, and overall well-being.
Options :
Zumba®️ 45min - Session - Latino & international dance fitness cardio class. Fun & energizing.
Flow & Glow 45min - Session - Fusion balance, strength and stretch class with movements of yoga, pilates and qi gong inspiration.
Soundbath & Meditation 45min- Session - Relaxation, mindfulness with guided meditation followed by a tranquil soothing sounds from singing bowls, rainsticks , gong and chimes. Bring Mats, small pillow, eye mask and blanket for comfort.
Colour Healing with Artistic Expression 45min - Session - Use colour tools such as paper, crayons, coloured pencils, and pastels—or choose no colour at all and draw only with a pen—for a therapeutic, meditative expression of unconscious art. This mindfulness practice encourages the use of colour and the chakra system to explore the possible meanings behind the colours you select. Through the creative process, you may experience a subtle sense of joy, peace, and greater awareness of your overall mindset.
